1. Acceptance

By using Vinting you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Vinting provides AI-generated listing copy for online marketplaces. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated prices, descriptions, or condition assessments — always review before posting.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may only create listings for items you own and have the right to sell.
• You must not use the service for counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal items.
• Automated bulk usage, scraping, or reselling access is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months. Free tier limits are lifetime, not monthly.

5. Intellectual Property

AI-generated listing text belongs to you. You grant us no rights to your listing content beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vinting is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from use of AI-generated content, marketplace policy changes, or service downtime. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 3 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
